Advisor to the Minister of Transport and Communications, Republic of Mozambique
Jaqueline is an Advisor to the Minister of Transport and Communications in the Republic of Mozambique.
She holds an MSc in Science and Technology Policy from SPRU, at the University of Sussex, and has 5+ years of experience working in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector in Mozambique. She has previously served as Deputy Coordinator for the Mozambique eGovernment and Infrastructure Communications Project (MEGCIP), part of the World Bank´s Regional Communications Infrastructure Project, in addition to other positions within the National Commission for Digital Television Migration (COMID), Statoil Oil & Gas Mozambique AS and Mozambique Cellular (mcel).
In 2010, President Obama launched Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) to support and invest in the next generation of African leaders.
