Hilary Aben is the Co-founder and Chairman of Caasitech Group, LLC, a niche consulting firm that provides specialized services to African governments and organizations in development areas including urban development, policy application and Human capacity building. He previously served as Vice-President of Business Process and IT at Naslan Energy Inc. Naslan Energy is a 35 years old oilfield service company serving primarily in Angola, Ghana, Cameroon, Gabon, and Nigeria. Hilary also sits on the board of the Dr. Fonya Foundation, helping to provide sustainable solutions for widows and orphans across Africa. His volunteering activities span across local content strategy and urban development for several ethnic groups and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Hilary has a Master’s Degree in Management of IT Systems from Grantham University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
He is in the process of starting a non-profit organization for Africa (Africa Energy Society – AES) that shapes the future of the African energy sector using an organic approach, led by Africans
